E-WASTE BUSINESS PICKUP
Help a family gain access to technology by donating your used or new mobile phones, tablets, laptops and computers! Our recycling partner, All Green has agreed to provide home or business pickups for a small fee if you have less than 20 computers and monitors and for free if you have more.

Student Ambassadors: YB Student Council
The YB Student Council leads the student body in all things green. They are the liason between the parent run YB Green Team and the student body and are responsible for promoting awareness about recycling throughout campus.
OUR CAUSE
Yerba Buena Elementary School community believes that children deserve a safe, stimulating, and enriched learning environment in which every child thrives. Our focus is academic rigor and excellence. This is accomplished through arts and technology integration, strong teacher collaboration, high expectations of achievement in core content areas and community and parent involvement. The YB staff is dedicated to providing all students the opportunity to become motivated and responsible learners, resourceful problem solvers and respectful partners and collaborators with their peers. They will be challenged to achieve in the core basics of reading, writing, speaking, listening, critical thinking, computing and reasoning. Our plan will ensure arts and technology are integral parts of every student’s academic experience. This will foster inspiration, creativity and provide a firm foundation of technology.

NEXT E-WASTE COLLECTION EVENT
An e-waste collection event is a convenient and responsible way for the community to recycle their unwanted electronics. Load up your car with any electronics you would like to recycle, come by any of our drive through style events and we will unload your eWaste and make sure it is handled responsible. Lastly, you can feel even better about recycling at one of our events since your donation goes towards supporting a non-profit fundraiser for their cause!

Habitat for Humanity: Simi Valley ReStore – This is a self-service location. Please bring assistance to help you unload your vehicle, especially for LARGE or HEAVY items. This location accepts all types of electronics with no limit to size and volume. Please park your vehicle and inquire at the location for assistance.
