Shanon Alfaro

Shanon Alfaro is the Human Resources Manager for All Green Electronics Recycling. She is a firm believer in Human Resources having an integral and fundamental role in the company because of its changing and growing nature. Shanon is known for her strong interpersonal skills and ability to create inclusive and positive work environments. She has a passion for helping people succeed, improving policies and procedures, and advocating for the company and the employees. In her free time, she loves cooking and is currently working on her Bachelor’s in psychology.
